*Just a gentle reminder, knowing that you'll be bringing along your uniform over to training ground, make sure you are mindful of your uniform. Try to avoid asserting too much pressure on your uniform. Furthermore, it's folded in half. (to avoid the crease when you put on your uniform later in the afternoon.
*We're 3 shows away and then, we finally say goodbye to NDP 2011! Treasure your time here, when you still can! Embrace everyone's presence with love and care! Take time to reflect on your journey in this event! Have you gain anything from this?
*Drills wise, there's nothing much to say. Just take note what we've said for these past few trainings.
A few pointers:
- Arm swings (raise up as stipulated)
- Posture (chin up, stomach in chest out, lock your arms)
Other than that, have a much rested days ahead. And when Saturday comes, do perform your best! :D

*We've passed the halfway mark of this long-commitment event. So try to get to know more about your squad mates and tighten those bonds! You don't want to come to a situation where you realise it's too late and you're days before the end of NDP'11. Go on, break away from the comfort zone, go around, make new friends :)
