those involved in First Aid Competition on 19 March 2011,
please be reminded that your participation in NDP would not affect your participation in the First Aid Competition.
There would be no NDP Training on 19 March 2011, to make way for the Finals of First Aid Competition.
So be there to support your Unit for those who made it to the Final Round :)

Say out your timing and make sure you follow it. Fall In as 1 squad so, be 1 squad. So, there is no such thing as two timings or multiple timings in 1 squad. Standardise your timings and trust me everyone will 'bang' and execute it together. At the end of the day, you all have to look good as a squad and not as an individual.

Remember, the purpose of the trainings is to improve on your Foot Drill, at the same time, making it fruitful and beneficial for each and every one of you.

Everyone have to do your part!
Put in your fullest for every training and i can guarantee, you will gain much from it!
